Stone Crusher Machines

Stone Crusher Machine

A stone crusher is a machine used to convert large stones to small sizes that can be used in construction or other purposes. There are several types of stone crushing machines, which are differentiated based on the stone processing stages, namely primary crusher, secondary crusher and tertiary crusher. Each type of stone crusher has a different function with different processing results. On this occasion, we will discuss about the stone crusher, starting from the type and rock produced by each machine.

The general function of the crusher machine is to break large stones into smaller sizes according to the required specifications. Then the second function is to separate the crushed stone grains using a sieve according to the desired grouping. In general, after going through the secondary crusher process, the rock can be used as material in construction.

The process of crushing large stones into small sizes is carried out in a primary crusher, after the rocks become smaller, they will be processed by a secondary crusher to produce coral or sand. There are very many uses of coral, especially in the construction of building materials or in a mixture of concrete and mixture in asphalt.

Types of stone crusher:

Primary Crusher

Primary crushers are used in the first stage of stone processing. A machine that is classified as a primary crusher has a very high pressure power so that it can crush large stones to become smaller. Several types of machines used in the primary crusher process include jaw crusher, Gyratory Crusher, and Impact Crusher.

Secondary Crusher

Secondary Crusher is used in the second stage after the rock is processed by primary crusher. Secondary crusher can process rock into smaller, finer material. The output produced by a secondary crusher includes split stone and even sand. Some of the machines included in the secondary crusher include the Cone Crusher, Roll Crusher, and Hammer Mill.

The stone processing process requires at least a primary and secondary crusher. Each machine produces different types and types of rock. In mining, this series of machines is usually combined in a systematic rock processing process so that it can process rock on a large scale effectively.
