The working principle of the Spring Cone Crusher:
The cone crusher crushes the material with a work surface between the movable cone and the fixed cone shape. The Spring Cone Crusher has a more efficient system than the jaw crusher. The movable cones are supported by ball bearings and mounted on a hanging pole shaft mounted on the eccentric sleeve, and the sleeve is fixed on the stop and push bearings.
The cone on the Spring Cone Crusher moves and the upright shaft is driven by the eccentric shaft sleeve together. The eccentric shaft sleeve is driven by a horizontal shaft and fimbriated gears, the conveyor belt and wheels are driven by the motor via the v-belt.
The bottom of the vertical shaft is fixed in the eccentric sleeve. When the eccentric sleeve rotates, there is a conical surface which expands by the shaft. When the moving cone moves the fixed cone, the rock is ground into pieces, when the cone moves outward, the milled material is removed from the drain hole.
The fixed cone can be raised or lowered by adjusting the setting for the construction of the drain opening, with this system the rock output size can be determined with the expected results.
