Raymond Mill

Raymond mill is a stone processing machine used to grind rocks in order to be smaller in size. Raymond mill is also known as raymond grinding mill or raymond roller mill and raymond grinder, this machine is suitable for grinding rock materials that are not flammable and not explosive. The size of the finished rock powder can be adjusted between the size of 30 and 425 mesh (0.613mm-0.044mm).


Raymond mill is suitable for the process of milling mineral rocks that are not flammable with hardness under seven Mos, humidity below 6%, such as limestone, carbonate calcetite, dolomit stone, barite, bentonite stone, powder, bauxite, gypsum, quartz, stone diabased, and iron ore.

The entire structure on raymond mill machine which includes host, analysis machine, pipe fixtures and blower, can be customized to the needs of the user and the stone processing process to be carried out, each component can be equipped with crusher, l ift vibrating feeder, electromagnetic, electrical control cabinet etc.

Once the material is crushed to the desired particle size, the material will enter the storage hopper by elevator, and then through the vibrating feeder into raymond mill mill space continuously.

In raymond mill mill because there is certain moisture in the milled material, when milled will produce heat, moisture evaporates, and the overall pipe interface is not tight, the outside air is drawn into the making of increased circulation pressure to ensure that the pan grinds under negative pressure. Increased air flow into the dust through the channel, eventually getting into the air atmosphere after the purification process.
